One year since her untimely death, MAXXI is devoting to her The exhibition Zaha Hadid in Italy. Focusing on Hadid’s projects in Italy, the exhibition highlights her intense and productive relationship with our country, presenting projects and works created by means of various instruments of representation, research, and experimentation that she honed in the course of her career; from pictorial and conceptual sketches to three-dimensional models, from virtual representations to the more recent interdisciplinary studies addressed to the application of new solutions and technologies, in a pioneering effort of investigation in design.

The 33rd Sabo Expo has brought together the best in home décor, tableware stationary, jewelry, and home textiles for over 3 decades. What started out as an expo that took place in the Piazza San Lorenzo in Viterbo has grown into an international event lasting a week in Rome’s largest expo center.

Where to stay The Fiere di Roma is easily reachable by train from both the Ostiense and Trastevere train stations. ROMAC manages nearby apartments to both stations. Our vacation rental in Testaccio is just a few minutes by foot from the Ostiense station that’s perfect for 1 or 2 couples. For larger groups, our San Saba holiday apartment is near the Ostiense train station, and features 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.

A place where “Architect Meets Innovations.” Visitors can expect to interact with other design professionals as well as engage with vendors which have been scrupulously selected by a panel of organizers for the event. In addition to product innovations, a rigorous schedule of inspiring seminars are part of the program.
