ROMAC is the result of an idea developed by a group of friends who wanted a more gratifying experience than a stay in a hotel room as they travelled the world.

Our desire to get to know the places we visited by mingling with the local inhabitants, doing the shopping in local markets and really experiencing the local environment has always driven us to look for accommodation which is a real “home from home”.

ROMAC has grown through the years and new travelers have joined in our endeavors. In addition to a passion for travelling we share a passion for the city of Rome. Through our posts we strive to offer a glimpse of the real authentic life of a Roman, by giving advice on how to avoid the overwhelming chaos of the city and fully enjoy your vacation, and on taking advantage of the treasures that this city reveals only to those who know where to look.
