In an effort to update many of our properties, we’re excited to present another successful restyling by ROMAC – our AP59 Condotti apartment – just a hop, skip, and jump away from Piazza di Spagna, the Spanish Steps, and all the glamorous shopping boutiques in Rome.

What does the AP59 Condotti I Apartment offer?

The spacious apartment boasts 3 bright bedrooms and 2 baths with showers for up to 7 guests, a comfortable living room with pull-out sofa bed and dining area as well as a glassed-in dining area off the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator access) of a historic building in one of the most glamorous areas of Rome, surrounded by high-end boutiques and international fashion labels. While the location is in the heart of the bustling historic center of Rome, all of the windows in the apartment face an interior courtyard which makes it very quiet and perfect for sensitive sleepers.

The apartment is also great for families traveling with kids, since there are 3 single beds in the apartment. Several other modern conveniences include air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and complimentary wifi access.
