Upon first arriving at the Belle Arti vacation rental in the Flaminio neighborhood of Rome, you’re greeted first by flowers. Surrounding the stately historic palazzo are dreamy gardens that bloom in the summer months. The path to the front door winds around to the side of the building, like walking through your own secret garden to get home. Located between the residential neighborhoods of Flaminio and the ritzy addresses of Parioli, the apartment offers 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths the experience of modern-day life of a well-to-do Roman.
Hop on the tram just meters from the apartment to reach Piazza del Popolo, the gateway to the shopping hub of Rome. Cross the river and make your way to the Vatican, visit the MAXXI museum or attend a spectacle at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Roman Family Experience
The 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout makes the apartment ideal for a single or double family getaway to Rome. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Rome’s busy historic center, the apartment provides a tranquil, residential retreat after a long day exploring the city. The number 2 tram makes reaching Piazza del Popolo, a sprawling oval-shaped piazza with a central fountain crowned with an ancient obelisk, a breeze. From here venture down Via del Corso, Via del Babuino or Via di Ripetta (the three-prongs of the Tridente District) for some shopping, dining, or people-watching.
The home’s decor, an eclectic exoticism marked by one-of-a-kind pieces collected over the years during the owner’s travels, is framed by classic columns, warm parquet, voluptuous drapes, and dusty hues for that at-home feel. Modern conveniences like complimentary wifi, air-conditioning and autonomous heating, as well as a washing machine leave little to be desired for your temporary home away from home.

Here are some of our most recent reviews from AP41 Belle Arti apartment.
Annet from Denmark said:
This apartment was just perfect for our family. Away from the chaos and all the tourists it was an ideal place to relax after the long marches through the city. Parking was easy, which was perfect for us since we had a rental car and proceeded to the Amalfi coast after Rome. We would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who’d prefer living like a real Italian as opposed to being a tourist.
Hillel from the UK said:
We had a fantastic time! The flat was perfect. The staff was efficient and pleasant. We had a great meal with Claudio Guggeri-Chef at home. The taxi from the airport and back was great. In short, we will certainly try again next time.
