Ciampino Airport Transfer to Rome
Ciampino is a smaller international airport located 12 km south-east from the center of Rome. Catering primarily to low-cost carriers such as Ryan Air and Wizz Air. Unlike Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, there is no train directly from Ciampino Airport to the center of Rome; the nearest train station is located in the city of Ciampino, accessible by a 5-10 min bus ride. There are airport bus services and a local bus to the southern end of Rome’s metro line A.

If you arrive in Rome from a cruise ship, you will be able to access the city center by train or bus. To get from the cruise ship to Civitavecchia Station you can take a free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes from Largo della Pace, walk, or take a taxi.
